Kansas State Rep. Virgil Peck (R) Makes an inappropriate joke about shooting illegals like Verl Hogs

Kansas State Rep. Virgil Peck (R) made an inappropriate joke and refuses to apologize for it. He stated "it might be a good idea to control illegal immigration the way the feral hog population has been controlled: with gunmen shooting from helicopters." I can not ever remember hearing a democratic leader say such a thing...even in jest. Is this really the kind of leaders we want in Washington?
